L21/060 Apologies
To receive and accept apologies.
L21/061 Declarations of interest
Members are reminded of their responsibility to declare any disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest which they have in any item of business on the agenda no later than when the item is reached. Declarations are a personal matter for each Member to decide and the decision to declare, or not, is the responsibility of the Member based on the particular circumstances. Dispensations on any declarations of pecuniary interest made either before or during the meeting to be then considered by the Parish Council and any dispensations documented accordingly.
L21/062 Public Participation
In accordance with Standing Order 3 (d,e,f,g,h,i) – The meeting shall be adjourned for a maximum of 30 minutes for Public Participation. Speeches will not last more than 3 minutes. No elector will be allowed to speak more than once on any one subject.

L21/065 Ackers Pit
To receive the following updates and discuss any actions:
065.1 Pit Banking
To note that the contractor continues to repair the banking whenever new holes are reported.
065.2 Water Quality
To note that United Utilities attended the Pit and investigated reports of possible contamination of the inlet to the Pit, finding that there was no evidence of sewage or waste water contamination.
065.3 Trees at Ackers Pit
Two crab apple trees are on order with delivery now scheduled at the beginning of November to coincide with the best planting time for bare-rooted trees.
The contractor will carry out the works related to the health and safety inspection on 7 and 8 April and have also offered to install the bird boxes for no further charge.
065.4 Pest Control
To note the report submitted by the contractor and discuss any other actions.
066.5 Memorial Bench Request
To discuss the request received for a memorial bench to be placed at Ackers Pit.
065.6 Creation of Open Glade Areas
To discuss any quotations received for the clearing of self-seeded trees and planting of native pollen-providing plants to two areas of Ackers Pit identified by the RSPB as suitable for the creation of open glade to enrich habitat for insects, butterflies and moths.
065.7 Floating Islands
To discuss any information presented.
L21/066 Mill Lane
To receive the following updates and discuss any actions
066.1 Trees
To note that an English Oak tree has been ordered and will be supplied for planting early in November, to coincide with best planting time for a bare rooted tree. To note that the original date in March for planting the tree was advised as being unsuitable by the supplier.
066.2 Banking by Lumb Brook
To discuss the observations by councillors on inspecting the area of erosion on the banking.
066.3 Table Tennis Table
To discuss any further actions following the update from WBC that the outdoor table tennis table that was indicated as being in store has now been installed at a WBC site.
L21/067 Red Lane Allotments
To receive the following updates and discuss any actions:
067.1 The Stockton Heath Allotment Association were polling their members at their March AGM for views on whether additional security measures were desirable and that an update will be provided if available.
067.2 The lease document, having been considered by full council, is now with the solicitor and an update on the next stage of the process will be provided at the meeting if available.
067.3 The Association had acknowledged and thanked the parish council for the grant of £1,000 and that the works to install the new sheds were well underway.

Matters for discussion in closed session
Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.2
A body may, by resolution, exclude the public from a meeting whenever publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted or for some other special reasons stated in the resolution and arising from the nature of that business of the proceedings; and where such a resolution is passed, this Act shall not require the meeting to be open to the public during proceedings to which the resolution applies.
